My name is Luca Bellavita. I'm an Italian visual communication professional, illustrator, designer and art director with international management experience.
I'm extremely creative, but also logical, analytical and results-oriented, a positive thinker and planner, good at anything that requires rapid reasoning and fast solutions without compromising quality.
I tend to know intuitively what structure and organization is necessary to harness people and ideas to achieve long-range goals. While doing so, I never underestimate the human component and the importance of building a collaborative and enjoyable environment.
In my career I've proved my ability to innovate and drive the development of creative concepts as well as the implementation of new initiatives, while building consensus and real collaboration within my organization.
I'm also vitally interested in what makes me tick! I continually seek self-knowledge as I follow a path of life-long learning.
